About Mrs. Scharf

Hello!  My name is Shannon Scharf and this will be my 21st year of teaching.  I moved here over two years ago from Jupiter in Palm Beach County and before that I lived and taught in Hillsborough County.  This will be my third year at Harvey and fourth grade is my absolute jam. 

 

At home, we are a party of five.  My husband and I have been married for 25 years.  We have three boys: Clayton (20), Parker (18), and Grady (13).  Clayton just completed his second year of college in the computer engineering program at USF.  Parker will be joining him this coming Fall and the two will even room together.  Grady will be an 8th grader at Buffalo Creek Middle and is not so sure about being the only child left at home this year.  We have a sweet 2 year old  Bernedoodle named Hope and a 1 year old Aussiedoodle named Stella.  We love traveling as a family and making memories.

It is a privilege to do life with you this year.  I'm looking forward to learning more about my students and their awesome families.
